Terms of Service

1. Who we are

First Call Wins is a technology service for small businesses in the United States, operated under W2W and based in Maryland, USA. We provide Maya, a virtual receptionist that answers your calls, plus optional add-on services.

2. Services

When you sign up for Maya or any add-on service, you get exactly what's described on our website at the time of purchase, including the monthly price and the number of call minutes included each month. Extra minutes are billed at $0.45 per minute. We may improve the service without notice, but we'll never reduce it without telling you.

3. Payments and billing

• Monthly plans are charged on the same day each month.
• If your plan includes a one-time setup fee, it's charged when service starts and is non-refundable once setup has begun.
• If a payment fails, you'll have 5 days to update it before service is paused.
• We don't store credit card information. All payments are handled by secure payment processors.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no penalty and no minimum term. When you cancel:

• Your service continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Your caller records in Google Sheets are yours to keep. We never delete them.
• Any active add-on service ends at the end of the paid period.

5. Your responsibilities

For the service to work, you're responsible for:

• Setting up call forwarding on your phone (we'll walk you through it in under 5 minutes).
• Giving us accurate information about your business during setup.
• Following up with the callers Maya sends you. Maya captures the opportunity; you close it.
• Keeping your payment current to avoid interruptions.

6. What we don't cover

First Call Wins is not responsible for:

• Sales you don't close after receiving a caller's details.
• Service interruptions caused by your phone carrier.
• Lost business caused by factors outside our control.

7. Confidentiality

Your business information and your customers' information belong to you. We don't share it with third parties, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything other than providing the service you signed up for.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change anything important in these terms, we'll let you know by text or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
